All-Inclusive Living

Enjoy a worry-free lifestyle with private and shared rooms, drug and alcohol free environment, fully furnished, 24/7 surveillance, medication reminders and utilities included, optional meal plan (additional cost), washer and dryer and WIFI.

Transportation Services

We are located in Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania County Virginia. Our home is located near public transportation. This gives residents the ability to commute to their destination at their leisure and at a low cost.

Simple 5 steps process

Step 1: Contact Us

Reach out via phone or email to express interest in our housing options. Email is the preferred method of communication.

Step 2: Intake Interview

Please fill out the intake form online and one of our intake specialists will contact you (No Application Fee). We’ll conduct a needs assessment to understand your requirements and answer any questions you may have.

Step 3: Tour Home

Come out and tour our clean, safe, and affordable home.

Step 4: Placement

Once approved, payment of first month’s rent and non-refundable community fee is due and selection of room can be made.

Step 5: Sign the Contract

Sign the month-to-month membership agreement and all required documents and move on in.
